Chengdu Pike Geotextile Company was alleged in court by British Tensar S&T Company and Tensar Geosynthetics(China) Limited for infringing patent right. The allegation was recognized by the first-instance court, Beijing No.2 Intermediate People’s Court who ordered the Chengdu company to indemnify Tensar 300,000 yuan in damages.

　　Before the allegation, Tensar entrusted an evaluation agency to determine the infringing product with the anme three geogrid belonging to a new product, and the result show that there are no identical products before the application date, so the court brought the infringing product into the legal protection scope.
